How do I purchase study materials?

Browse materials, add them to your cart, and checkout securely with your credit card or PayPal. You'll receive instant access to download your materials.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes! We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the materials don't match the description or quality expectations, you can request a full refund.

How do I download my purchased materials?

After purchase, go to your "Purchases" page in your account. Click the download button next to each item to save the files to your device.

Are the materials safe to download?

All materials are scanned for viruses and malware. We only allow PDF, image, and document files to ensure your device's safety.

Selling Materials

How do I start selling my study materials?

Create a seller account, upload your materials with clear descriptions, set your prices, and start earning. We take a 15% commission, you keep 85%.

What types of materials can I sell?

Original class notes, study guides, practice exams, lab reports, and summaries. Materials must be your own work or properly licensed.

How much should I price my materials?

Prices typically range from €2-5 for single lectures, €3-8 for complete note sets, and €2-4 for practice exams. Consider quality, length, and demand.

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed weekly every Friday. You need a minimum balance of €15 to receive a payout to your bank account or PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and digital wallets through Stripe's secure payment processing.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your payment information on our servers.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Can I get an invoice for my purchases?

Yes, you can download invoices from your purchase history. Go to "Purchases" in your account and click "Download Invoice" for any order.

Can I change my email address?

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team to request account deletion. We'll remove all your data within 30 days, though some information may be retained for legal purposes.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the "Report" button on any material page, or contact our support team directly. We investigate all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
